SUMMARY:Seminario de Presentación de la Política de Inversión Pública para el PIP del 2017
DESCRIPTION:El Ministro de Economía\, Planificación e Inversiones Públicas \, Eucario Bakale Angüe\, presentó el miércoles 30 de marzo el Seminario de Presentación de los Lineamientos Generales de Política de Inversión Pública para el PIP (Presupuesto de Inversiones Públicas) del año próximo. El seminario tuvo lugar en una de las salas de actos del Hotel Hilton de Malabo. \nEl objetivo del seminario es presentar a los departamentos ministeriales y a las entidades autónomas\, los lineamientos generales de inversión pública para el próximo año; así como los importantes avances en materia de consolidación de la base única de proyectos de inversiones públicas y de provisión de herramientas y buenas prácticas\, que ha liderado el ministerio tutor\, en colaboración con la Tesorería General del Estado\, GE Proyectos y la asistencia técnica del Banco Mundial.\nLa presentación del seminario ha corrido a cargo de la Consejera de Comunicación de la Agencia Nacional Guinea Ecuatorial (ANGE 2020)\, María del Mar Bonkanka Tabares. \nEl enfoque estratégico que ha adoptado el departamento de Economía\, para el cumplimiento responsable y eficaz de estas funciones\, busca promover e implementar buenas prácticas\, procedimientos y procesos encaminados a garantizar una gestión transparente\, eficiente y efectiva de las inversiones públicas orientadas a resultados; los cuales se reflejan en los objetivos y metas de los Programas Mayores que operacionalizan el Plan Nacional Horizonte 2020. \nEntre otras personalidades\, asistieron los directores generales de Economía; de la Iniciativa para la Transparencia en las Industrias Extractivas (EITI\, por sus siglas en inglés). \n
